Fastway India is a 20 years old international courier delivery service provider. They specialize in food and medicine delivery services from India to the USA and Canada.
Apart from it, the company also offers relocation services, warehouse solutions, Freight shipping services, eCommerce solutions, etc.
One of our very first clients, Farhan Hyder approached us to redesign their 15 years old website. The goal was to transform the existing brand completely.
The reason behind this transformation was the rise in the competition. Most have the brands were new and had an impactful brand identity.
We were hired for rebranding, website redesign, and content creation activity.
→  Rebrand to match up with the competitor’s
→  Detailed brand guidelines for vendors
→  Fully dynamic website with a backend
→  Multiple CTA’s and AIDA concept approach
→  Dynamic offers, cities, and destinations
→ To be achieved on WordPress CMS
→  200+ pages connected to a user-friendly backend
→ Multiple marketing trackers & triggers
→  Shipping tracker & email trigger setup
The results were loved by the client. We went ahead with a combined approach of vector & raster to bring out the trust factor as well as the modern look.
The style guide matched the taste of the target audience and the overall site performed well regarding speed, simplicity in usage, and on different devices. Finally, a green happy signal from the client to go live.
Based on our discovery session with Farhan, we managed to come up with three different style guides.
The choice was a mixed approach i.e. a combination of raster and vector graphics. The selected moodboard had the following attributes:
The old logo was missing basic attributes like responsiveness and versatility. Our goal was to redesign the logo while retaining the wordmark for brand recognition.
The final logo came out good. From banners to big signage boards, the logo depicts the same look & feel. The initial ‘F’ was crafted on a delivery box with an arrow mark.
Along with it, a dual-color text was added. Fast in green for quick & way in blue for across the oceans.
Apart from the logo, the client required us to design physical and digital collaterals. This includes cover images, social media posts, visiting cards, letterheads, etc.
Apart from it, store collateral design was also part of the process.
Finally, we jump to creating a brand guide that can be used by the client & other third-party vendors to maintain brand authenticity.
The following details were included in the brand guide:
1. Brand Strategy
2. Logo Family & Usage
3.Typography & Colors
4.Iconography & Photography
5. Collaterals and Mockups
Our team quickly worked on the mid-fidelity wireframes that were locked after one iteration.
Later we took the mid-fidelity wireframes and the approved moodboard to come up with the high-fidelity designs.
The entire activity was done for mobile as well as desktop. Finally, the client approved the prototype and we went ahead with the development.
As decided, the entire application was built on the WordPress CMS in a 4 weeks timeline.
