Koshatots is a one-stop shop to buy your favorite collectibles. Their stock includes multiple categories of collectibles including religious and non-religious collectibles.
They create delightful collectibles that bring joy, spark interest, and inspire every child and adult. With offline stores in the United States, they now plan to sell their products worldwide through a new eCommerce website.
Impressed by our creative expertise, the Koshatots team approached us to develop their brand identity and create an eCommerce platform to market their collectibles. Our task was to develop the brand strategy, design the brand identity, and design and develop the UI/UX of the platform involving no-code development.Â
We were to bring the Koshatots e-Portal to life with a comprehensive eCommerce and branding solution equipped with advanced features, ensuring a seamless online buying experience. This project involved a holistic approach, integrating strong brand development with creating an efficient and user-friendly eCommerce platform.

The final design turned out innovative, contemporary, and user-friendly. Our deliverables included branding, 3D motion design, sitemap, style guides, logo design, eCommerce, various collaterals, brand guidelines, and both UX and UI designs.
The client was immensely satisfied with our impressive design. The minimal feedback we received highlights the client’s consistent engagement and concurrence at every phase of the project.
We developed three distinct style guides after our initial consultation with the Koshatots team.
We decided on a hybrid approach, blending raster and vector graphics.
The chosen mood board featured these elements:
We brainstormed extensively for the logo, considering everything until it eventually clicked.
We ultimately decided on an abbreviation- KOSHA, from the name Koshatots.
Our design team cleverly designed it to be friendly, impressionable, and easy to remember.
For the wordmark, we chose a font that can catch the eyes of any visitor on the site, be it a child or adult.
In addition to the logo, the client requested that we create physical and digital collateral materials.
These included various elements such as cover images, posts for social media, business cards, letterheads, and more.
Finally, we proceeded to develop a brand guide that the client could use to ensure the brand’s authenticity and credibility are upheld.
The brand guide consisted of several key elements:
Following the confirmation of the sitemap, our task involved developing the UX for 35 pages, including a user dashboard. The absence of reference materials presented a challenge in this phase.
Initially, we created some low-fidelity designs. We organized a comprehensive UX strategy session with the client and their team to refine our approach.
Our objective was to delve into the entire product review process, from its initial upload on the portal to securing customer approval.
The outcome of this workshop was highly productive. We successfully developed mid-fidelity UX designs that were easy to understand and user-friendly.
Additionally, our team was responsible for all content creation for the Koshatots project. This included technical content, company-specific information, and UX copywriting.
In the final design phase, we had to create high-fidelity designs with interactive prototypes for both desktop and mobile devices.
Consistent with our approach to other projects, we adopted a mobile-first strategy for this project as well. We skillfully merged the UX with the previously approved style guide, resulting in an exceptional final design. The development process is executed on WordPress CMS until deployment.
Throughout this phase, we encountered numerous challenges, particularly in integrating comprehensive eCommerce features and optimizing site performance. Despite these hurdles, the final result was highly appreciated by the client.
