Aditya Birla, a global conglomerate, sought to optimize its complex digital asset ecosystem. Our collaboration focused on designing a robust Asset Taxonomy Management tool, crucial for enhancing the efficiency, and discoverability of their vast array of digital assets.
Recognizing our expertise in intuitive design and strategic solutions, Aditya Birla partnered with us to design a comprehensive Asset Taxonomy Management tool. Our sole responsibility in this project was the UI/UX design of the platform. The goal was to create an intuitive and powerful tool that would enable seamless organization and management of their diverse digital assets, catering to a wide range of internal users.
With the information architecture approved, we proceeded to craft detailed UX flows for all key functionalities of the Asset Taxonomy Management tool. Special attention was given to user flows for taxonomy creation, asset tagging, search and filtering, and administrative functions, ensuring users could navigate with clarity and confidence.Â
We conducted collaborative UX workshops with the Aditya Birla team to fine-tune user journeys based on internal operational needs and potential user behaviors.
In the UI phase, we created high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for the Asset Taxonomy Management tool, ensuring a consistent and intuitive experience. The interface was built using a robust component library, optimized for clarity, efficiency, and future scalability within the Aditya Birla ecosystem.Â
