Kid Tribute is a financial institution with a goal to help parents to get Kidtributions (financial help) from friends and family members for the future of their kids.
The product allows its user to create events and share them with their friends and family members for Kidtribution and store it as a memory.
The Kid Tribute team approached us to help them build a brand identity that can help them develop an emotional bond between kids and their family members.
From their logo to their brand collaterals, everything was supposed to be designed. One final requirement was a brand guideline for their vendors.
→ Build a brand from the ground up
→ Professional and modern look
→ Detailed brand guidelines for vendors
→ Very challenging timeline
→ Convince parents to signup
→ Must build an emotional bond
The final outcome was a modern and friendly design. We went ahead with the green and pink design as it provided us with both a premium & friendly look.
We combined the colors with a rounded san-serif font, raster images, and vector graphics to bring out the customer-to-vendor trust relation & creativity in design.
Based on our discovery session with the Kid Tribute team, we managed to come up with three different style guides.
Both of our choices were the spicier version, it definitely brought elegance, modernism, and friendliness to the design.
The selected moodboard had the following attribute:
1. Green and Pink accent colors
2. Rounded san serif fonts
3. Rasters for emotional connection
4. Vectors combined with rasters
5. Neomorphism for creativity
6. Curves for friendliness
Our team of designers brainstormed a lot of ideas before coming up with the final icon mark. It was a combination of the letter ‘K” symbolizing a kid jumping out of joy.
The wordmark ‘Kid Tribute’ was derived from a san-serif font and was presented in dual color with pink for love and green for money.
Apart from the logo, the client required us to design physical and digital collaterals.
This includes cover images, social media posts, visiting cards, letterheads, and brand mockups.
Finally, we jump to creating a brand guide that can be used by the client & other third-party vendors to maintain brand authenticity.
The following details were included in the brand guide:
1. Brand Strategy
2. Logo Family & Usage
3. Typography & Colors
4. Iconography & Photography
5. Collaterals and Mockups
