Flyworld Tours & Travel Company is a complete Travel Management Company established in 2019 and headquartered in Kuwait.
They offer a wide range of services including ticket booking, hotel booking, travel packages, insurance, air ambulance, cruise booking, etc.
Looking at our creative skills, the Fly World team approached us to help them rebuild their brand identity as well as redesign their existing website.
The goal was to build the brand from the ground up and design as well as develop the Fly World website with dedicated service pages that can work as a lead generation machine.
→ Rebrand to match up with the competitor’s
→ Professional and modern UI design
→ Must be focused on lead generation
→ Dynamic backend to add travel destinations
→ Marketing tags & triggers integration
→ 100s on high-quality stock images
→ To be built on WordPress CMS
→ Customized backend for regular updates
→ To be built on AIDA for lead generation
→ Mobile-first design approach
The final design came out really professional, modern, and easy to use. In fact, we won the site of the month award from Crocoblock Web Design awards.
Final deliverables included a sitemap, style guides, logo design, collaterals, brand guidelines, UX design, and UI design.
The output was loved by the client. The feedback received after the final design was very minimal as the client was with us in each phase.
Based on our discovery session with the Fly World team, we managed to come up with three different style guides.
The choice was a dark blue layout with lots of raster graphics to encourage audience interaction and communication.
The selected moodboard had the following attributes:
1. Dark blue was used as the accent color
2. Raster to build an emotional connection
3. Curved design to bring out friendliness
4. Light theme for easy accessibility
5. Simple & minimalistic approach
The old logo was missing basic attributes like responsiveness and versatility.
Our goal was to redesign the logo while retaining the wordmark for brand recognition.
Our designers brainstormed a few ideas and came up with an icon that represented both the brand initial ‘F’ and a fly icon within the negative space.
We used bold sans serif font to come up with the wordmark.
Apart from the logo, the client required us to design physical and digital collaterals. This includes cover images, social media posts, visiting cards, letterheads, etc.
A total of 20 social media posts and 3 cover images were delivered to the client.
Finally, we jump to creating a brand guide that can be used by the client & other third-party vendors to maintain brand authenticity.
The following details were included in the brand guide:
1. Brand Strategy
2. Logo Family & Usage
3. Typography & Colors
4. Iconography & Photography
5. Collaterals and Mockups
Based on the approved sitemap, we were supposed to build the UX for 36 pages with a copy that is focused on the AIDA concept.
The goal was to make everything accessible quickly.
So we plan to build a mega menu that enables users to access products, solutions, and company-related information as well as CTAs in one go without any chance of getting lost.
Another important aspect was multiple CTA’s spread across the site with proofs like numbers, testimonials, partners, clients, etc. to increase the conversion rates.
We also added a marketing pop-up to collect leads, but without disturbing user focus yet convincing enough to get the mail ids.
Lastly, in the design phase, we were supposed to build high-fidelity designs with interactive prototypes for both desktop & mobile devices.
As per clear request, we went ahead with the mobile-first approach. The UX or mid-fidelity screens were combined with the approved style guide with a proper design system in place.
The outcome was loved by the client. The development was done on WordPress CMS with a timeline of 3 weeks followed by deployment.
