JIHRD is an offshoot company of a Kuwait-based business conglomerate JIC.
The company deals in human resources solutions.
The mission of the JIHRD team is to help organizations hire the best workforce and to create the right opportunities for the people.
For this project, we were working collaboratively with Green Pepper Digital.
Based on our initial discussion with the JIHRD team, the goal was to build a creative user interface for their audience that can also be used to generate leads.
The Wilson Wings team was hired for website design and development activity.
→ Easy-to-navigate website
→ Creative & Modern design
→ Integration with the Job Portal
→ Dynamic backend for updates
→ Marketing tags & triggers integration
→ Professionalism with purple color
→ Job board platform integration
→ Customized backend for regular updates
→ To be built on the AIDA concept
→ Mobile-first design approach
The final deliverables included style guides, UX design, and UI design.
With on-time deliveries & continuous client feedback, we could complete this project in 6 weeks timeline.
The output was loved by the client and the overall JIHRD team.
The feedback received after the final design was minimal (textual changes only).
Based on our discovery session with the JIHRD’s team, we managed to come up with three different style guides, i.e. Mild, Medium, and Spicy.
For this project, our choice matched the client’s choice.
We had three themes, all with a different message, but the vector design (spicy) was the most preferred one.
The spicy theme included the following:
1. Gradient purple as the accent color
2. Creative vectors for a vibrant look
3. Rasters at a few places to connect
4. Friendly rounded Quicksand font
5. Easy, simple, and clean design
Our UX guidelines were very simple.
The entire website must be easy to understand, simple to navigate, and quick to convert.
We designed a total of 24 pages.
The goal was to make everything accessible quickly.
So, we plan to build a mega menu that enables users to access services, updates, company-related information as well as CTAs in one go without any chance of getting lost.
Another important aspect was multiple CTA’s spread across the site with proofs like numbers, testimonials, partners, clients, etc. to increase the conversion rates.
Lastly, in the design phase, we were supposed to build high-fidelity designs with interactive prototypes for both desktop & mobile devices.
Our designers followed a mobile-first approach as 95% of visitors are mobile.
The UX was combined with the approved style guide.
Once we have the UX & style guide finalized, it’s almost like a walk-in-park activity.
Within three days timeline, the UI design for the site was completed.
This was followed by development done on WordPress CMS with a timeline of 2 weeks followed by deployment after the green signal from the client.
